Mda.....m-am uitat prin toate orasele si am citit ceva medii.....s-ar parea ca cele mai destepte orase vin cam asa:
Bucuresti(Clar din cauza ca are cele mai multe institutii), Iasi , Galati , Timisoara , Brasov , Dolj , Cluj , Satu-Mare....cam astea sunt orasele care au cei mai multi elevi cu note foarte mari.....

PS: Vad ca topicul acesta a atras extrem de multe vizualizari asa ca voi publica niste rezultate:

pentru StuntMan....stiu ca nus toate judetele....nu am zis eu bine...e complet din pct de vedere al elevilor...is toti din acele judete....

Update : Un top al oraselor + Dupa acel top urmeaza niste vesti in scris albastru(link) cu cati elevi au luat note maxime in orasul respectiv.
